Value-bazar currently delivers to select areas in Kolkata and surrounding regions. We are constantly expanding our delivery network to serve you better.

2. Delivery Charges

Free Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all orders. There is no minimum order value required to avail free shipping.

Express Delivery

Express delivery options may be available in select areas for an additional charge. This option, when available, will be displayed during checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically delivered the same day or next day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM are delivered within 1-2 business days
• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or adverse weather conditions

Delivery Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• An SMS/WhatsApp notification with delivery partner details
• Real-time tracking link (where available)
• Estimated time of arrival

You can also track your order status from the "My Orders" section in your account.

5. Delivery Process

At the Time of Delivery

• Our delivery partner will call you when they arrive at your location
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
• Check the products at the time of delivery
• Report any damaged or missing items immediately

Contactless Delivery

We offer contactless delivery options. You can request this during checkout or inform the delivery partner when they call.

6. Unable to Deliver

In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect address or contact details
• Recipient unavailable after multiple attempts
• Access issues at the delivery location
• Natural disasters or strikes

Our team will contact you to reschedule the delivery. If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be cancelled and refunded as per our Refund Policy.

7. Special Handling

Our products require careful handling to maintain freshness:

• Fresh Produce: Packed in temperature-controlled containers during transit
• Dry Fruits: Sealed packaging to maintain quality
• Fragile Items: Extra protective packaging
