4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
• The price applicable at the time of order placement will be honored

4.2 Payment Methods

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method:

• Payment is collected at the time of delivery
• Please keep the exact amount ready to facilitate smooth delivery
• Our delivery partner will provide a receipt upon payment

5. Orders and Order Processing

• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to selected areas in and around Kolkata. Delivery availability is subject to your location and our service coverage.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

6.3 Delivery Charges

Currently, we offer FREE delivery on all orders. Delivery charges may be introduced in the future with prior notice.

6.4 Failed Delivery

• Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
• If delivery fails due to unavailability, additional charges may apply for redelivery
• After multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products, please contact us immediately at the time of delivery or within 2 hours of receiving your order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, consumed, or kept beyond the return window.

• The 15% cashback offer is applicable only on your first order
• Valid for registered users only
• Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts

8.2 Cashback Terms

• Cashback will be credited after successful delivery
• Cashback can be used for future orders on our platform
• Cashback has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the offer at any time

9. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
